**Fix Your English Speaking in 28 Days: Adult Learning System**

If you’re an adult who studied English in school but still struggle to speak fluently, you already know more than you think—you just don’t know how to use it. In my video, I explain why mastering speaking and listening skills matters far more than memorizing grammar rules or endless vocabulary lists, and I show you exactly how to fix your English with a proven, step-by-step system.

After nearly 40 years of teaching English to students around the world, I’ve developed actual systems that work for adult learners who want real communication skills.

In my video, I walk you through my approach to adult English learning and introduce an incredible opportunity to transform your speaking with personalized coaching.

Why Speaking Comes Before Listening for Adults

My name is Coach Shane, and I’m a communications coach primarily for adults—people who have finished school but still need or want to improve their English speaking and listening. I’ve been doing this since December 1986, and over those decades, I’ve learned what actually works versus what wastes your time.

In my video, I explain something that surprises most learners: for adults, the learning order is different than it was when you were a baby. Babies learn by listening first, then speaking. But adults overthink because we studied English in school. For adults, speaking comes first, then listening. This is the order that works.

The Shocking Truth About Vocabulary

You probably studied English for three years in middle school and another three years in high school. That’s six years of grammar and vocabulary. The good news? You actually studied all the grammar you need. The problem is you forgot it because you’re not using it in real situations.

Here’s something that might shock you: in daily English conversations, Americans use only 743 words over 90% of the time. That’s right—90% of our conversations are made up of just 743 words. And the even better news? You already know those words. You just don’t know how to use them properly.

I give an example in my video using the word “betray” versus the phrasal verb “give up.” You probably know “don’t give up” means “don’t quit.” But did you know that “give up” has at least eight different definitions, including one that means “betray”? This is how we use those 743 core words—in multiple ways that you weren’t taught in school.

My Eight-Step System for Mastering English

In my video, I outline the eight-step system I’ve developed for studying English as an adult. Step one is fixing pronunciation problems. Step two is learning sentence intonation—the ups and downs of English speech. Step three is mastering sentence rhythm, which is the musical flow of English speaking.

Step four is flow, which means putting pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm together. Then we move to listening. Once we fix your speaking skills, your listening becomes so much easier. As your listening improves, you start to hear and understand what daily English really sounds like.

After that comes daily English practice, then vocabulary (step seven), and finally grammar (step eight). Those last two actually fix themselves once you’re using the language in real contexts.

The Perf Fresh 28 Course: Your Path to Fluency

In my video, I introduce an amazing class designed specifically for adults who want to improve their English. It’s called the Perf Fresh 28 course, and it’s super inexpensive—just $28 for a program that gives you access to 25 lessons that you can complete at your own pace, whether that’s two weeks or two years.

But here’s what makes this special: for 28 to 35 days (about five weeks), you get one-on-one personal training. You’ll study the lessons, record yourself speaking using just your phone, and send us an MP3 audio file. My team and I will listen to your speaking and tell you exactly what your biggest problems are, then show you how to fix them.

The course includes 25 different assignments available in multiple translations. If you’re a Spanish speaker, you can view the assignment in Spanish. If you’re Polish, we have it in Polish too. We use translations so that when you’re learning speaking, you’re not thinking about vocabulary and grammar—you’re just speaking.

Live Classes and Personal Feedback

In my video, I show you inside our Skool community where the course is hosted. You’ll have access to every AMA (Ask Me Anything) and LME (Let’s Master English) live class. We have classes every single day at different times to accommodate learners around the world.

The schedule automatically updates to your time zone when you log in to Skool, making it very convenient to see when classes are happening. In a typical week, we offer 12 to 14 live classes, and we keep adding more all the time. This is where you get one-on-one personal training and feedback.

You can practice with me and my other coaches live, face to face. You don’t have to turn your camera on if you’re not comfortable, though it’s better if you do. The investment is incredibly affordable—just $28 for five weeks of personalized coaching, which works out to about a dollar a day.

A Thriving Community of English Learners

In my video, I take you on a tour of our Skool community, which currently has about 3,900 members from all over the world. We have a map showing where people are learning from—literally everywhere across the globe.

It’s an actual community of people just like you who are sharing their lives and practicing English. You’ll find members talking about their daily routines, sharing podcasts about Australia, discussing the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, posting poems about stormy weather, sharing quotes, talking about food like sushi, discussing exercise, and so much more.

We even have challenges where we ask questions like “Are you a cat person or a dog person?” There are movies in English, TV shows in English, and if you have little kids, I’ve uploaded a bunch of children’s TV shows and movies they would love. The community has one important rule: no politics and no religion. We’re just studying English and having fun.

How the Course Works

When you join the Perf Fresh 28 course through our Skool platform, you’ll find the course in the classroom section. Inside, you’ll see bonus pronunciation videos and all 25 assignments. Each assignment focuses on key aspects of speaking: pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and flow.

Here’s how it works in practice: Let’s say a student named Arturo uploads his recording of assignment 8. My team and I listen to Arturo and tell him what he did well and what needs improvement. This feedback is fantastic because now Arturo knows exactly what his problems are and can work on fixing them.

Then Arturo can go to our calendar and join the live classes to practice what he’s learned. The calendar shows all available class times, and you can join as many as you want. I really encourage you to join as many as possible because this is where you get that crucial personal training and feedback.

Why This Approach Works

My team and I are dedicated to your success. That’s why we’re coaches. Remember, the idea of a coach—whether it’s a basketball coach or a language coach—is to make their player the champion. You are the star, and we need to make you the champion.

I also run a podcast called Let’s Master English where I discuss these concepts in more depth. You can find it on Spotify, iTunes, Himalaya, and wherever else you get your podcasts. In my podcast, I talk about the five things you need to understand to improve your listening skills: cancellation, reduction, blending, stop sounds, and linking.

The Real Problem Isn’t What You Think

In my video, I address the common concerns adult learners have. You might think, “Oh, I can’t remember the vocabulary” or “My grammar is so bad.” But here’s the truth: don’t stress about grammar. You studied it all. You studied all of it and you forgot it because you’re not using it. We open the doors for you to actually use it.

Don’t stress about vocabulary either. You probably studied more vocabulary words than you’ll actually use in real life. The words you need to know are actually quite simple. We just need to understand the multiple definitions and uses of those simple words.

If you’re an adult and you want to improve your communication skills—whether for business English, listening to podcasts, watching TV shows, making friends, having chitchat, or traveling—you need to build your listening and speaking skills. That’s what’s really important.

Join the Community Today

Right now, joining the Skool community is free, though we will start charging $1 per month soon to reduce spam. That’s still incredibly affordable—just $12 per year for access to everything we offer in the community.

There are two ways to join the Perf Fresh 28 course. You can use the QR code shown in my video, or you can go directly to school.com/lme and navigate to the classroom section. Once there, look for the course that says “Perf 28” and click on it to see payment options.

If you’re in a country where the payment options don’t work—perhaps you’re in China, Russia, or somewhere with payment restrictions—just send us a message. Join the community first (it’s free), then go to the “Start Here” section and leave a message saying you want to join Perf 28 but the payment system doesn’t work. We’ll help you find a solution.

An Unbelievable Value

The regular price for the full 25-week course with one-on-one training and AMA classes is $350. But with the Perf Fresh 28 offer, you get one month of full access for just $28. This is a massive, fantastic, unbelievable discount.

Let us help you fix your speaking. This is what we do. This is our specialty. We like making champions, and we’re very, very good at making champions. That’s what we do. Take advantage of this opportunity to transform your English with personalized coaching, daily live classes, and a supportive community of learners from around the world.
